Refund policy
Retail Returns
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for bar soaps, liquid products, hand salves, hand creams, and lip balms. All sales are final.
Retail Damages
If your order was damaged in transit, contact us at kalastyle@kalastyle.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Photos of damaged products must be included in the email to be considered for a refund.
Wholesale Damages & Return Policy
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Photos of the shipping box and product packaging are required and should be emailed to kalastyle@kalastyle.com. Permission must be granted before returning products. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus any applicable fees, including call tags.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
